The so-called water immersion transmitter is a transmitter that monitors whether there is water leakage in the environment. In terms of security protection in communication base stations, hotels, restaurants, computer rooms, libraries, archives, warehouses, equipment cabinets, etc., flooding transmitters are often used to determine whether there is water in the premises and act as real-time alarms. Water sensor The water sensor is a part of the water sensor. The water immersion sensor is based on the principle of liquid conduction, using electrodes to detect the presence of water, and then using the sensor to convert it into a dry contact output (a dry contact is an electrical switch that has two states: closed and open). The water immersion sensor is divided into contact type water immersion sensor and non-contact type water immersion sensor. Contact water immersion sensor: use the principle of liquid conduction for detection. During normal operation, the two-pole probe is insulated by air; when the probe is immersed in water, the sensor outputs a dry contact signal. When the immersion height of the probe exceeds the setting, an alarm signal is generated. The water immersion sensor uses alternating current to collect the inductance parameters of the stagnant water, which can accurately distinguish whether water immersion occurs. In addition, the contact type water immersion sensor has two detection methods: point type water leakage detection and line type water leakage monitoring. Point-type water leakage detection: The water immersion sensor fixes the detecting copper electrode through the expansion screw fixing hole. When water penetrates the insulating part, the device will be switched on, thereby detecting the presence of water. Point-type water leakage detection can detect water leakage at fixed points, but the presence of water can only be detected when the water volume reaches a certain height. Line-type water leakage monitoring: a water immersion sensor is also needed, and then a water leakage rope is connected to the copper electrode of the water immersion sensor, and the black wire of the water leakage rope is connected to the copper electrode and pressed tightly. Note: The two black wires should not touch each other during installation. Lay the leaking rope on the ground when working. When there is a water leak, the water infiltrates the leaking rope to connect the black wire, which generates an alarm. The advantage of this monitoring method is that it can measure a wide range of sites, as long as there is a water leak, it can be detected, and there is no water level requirement (the leaking rope can be extended to 30m). Non-contact water immersion sensor: use the principle of light refraction and reflection in different media cross-sections to detect. LEDs and photoelectric receivers are placed in the plastic hemisphere. When the detector is placed in the air, most of the LED photons are received by the photon receiver due to total reflection; when it is close to the surface of the hemisphere, the photoelectric receiver receives the light due to the refraction of light. The number of LED photons will be reduced, and the output will also change and an alarm will be generated. The water immersion transmitter developed and produced is based on the principle of contact water immersion monitoring. It is monitored by electrodes, and then the sensor is used for dry contact output. According to different needs, two different water immersion transmitters have been developed: wall-mounted king-shaped shell water immersion transmitter and card rail shell water immersion transmitter. There is also a positioning type water immersion transmitter based on the principle of water immersion sensor, which is suitable for non-water environment and monitors leakage. Wall-mounted king-shaped shell water immersion transmitter The wall-mounted king-shaped shell water immersion transmitter developed and produced adopts a waterproof king-shaped shell and has a high degree of protection. Positioning water immersion transmitter The positioning water immersion transmitter developed and produced is different from the above two devices. Leaking equipment is convenient for real-time detection of water leakage in the computer room and quick determination of the leaking point. After the leaking rope detects the liquid leakage, it can immediately send out an alarm and pull on the relay. The relay can be connected to an external sound and light alarm, and the liquid leakage position is displayed on the LCD display. This device adopts the standard Modbus-RTU protocol and can be connected to an integrated terminal for convenient unified management. The product can be used as an independent operating unit or connected to other integrators such as PLC for collection, programming, and networking. The device has a small footprint and uses a 128*64 high-definition display LCD module. The screen can flash when the device alarms, and the alarm information can be observed in time in dark places. The relay adopts the default on-off mode that can be selected independently, which is convenient to configure different sound and light alarms.
