The working principle of the temperature sensor: The sensor metal designed on the principle of metal expansion will produce a corresponding extension after the ambient temperature changes, so the sensor can signal this reaction in different ways.

According to the characteristics of sensor materials and electronic components, it can be divided into two types: thermal resistance and thermocouple.
Resistance sensing: Metals change with temperature, their resistance value also changes. For different metals, for every degree of temperature change, the resistance value changes differently, and the resistance value can be directly used as the output signal.
1. Positive temperature coefficient:
①Temperature increase u003d resistance value increase
②Temperature decrease u003d resistance value decrease
2. Negative temperature coefficient:
①Increase in temperature u003d decrease in resistance
②Temperature decrease u003d resistance value increase
