To ensure that every unit delivered represents the weather sensors best in manufacturing excellence, Rika Sensor implements a multi-tiered, rigorous quality control (QC) system.

• 100% Full Inspection

100% full inspection is applied to all core performance parameters of sensors and weather stations, including measurement accuracy, zero calibration, full-scale output, signal stability, communication function, electrical safety and sealing protection. Each unit is individually tested and recorded to guarantee zero risk in core performance.

• AQL Standard Sampling Inspection

For appearance, marking, labeling, accessory integrity, assembly and packaging, we carry out standardized sampling inspection in accordance with the international AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standard, ensuring high efficiency in mass production without compromising quality.

• Customer Customized Inspection

For export, factory audit, bidding or special industry projects, we can add customized test items according to customer requirements, such as high/low temperature aging test, third-party witnessed test, long-term stability test, and special performance verification test, with corresponding test data and reports available.
