PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The RK500-07 Liquid-Cooled Turbidity Sensor is purpose-built to deliver precise, real-time turbidity monitoring for liquid cooling systems, directly addressing the safety and reliability risks caused by contaminated cooling fluid.
Operating on the optical correlation principle, the RK500-07 uses an emitter to send light of a specific wavelength through the cooling fluid, while a receiver measures the transmitted light intensity. Suspended impurities scatter and absorb light, causing attenuation; by measuring this intensity reduction, the sensor accurately calculates turbidity values. Its unique design avoids interference from reflections off stainless steel pipes, allowing it to capture even subtle changes in coolant turbidity reliably.
Low power consumption (<0.2W) and thermal resistance temperature compensation further enhance its reliability, making the RK500-07 an indispensable "cleanliness guardian" for maintaining coolant purity, preventing equipment damage, and ensuring uninterrupted operation of critical liquid cooling systems.
